Shipping/Returns

I currently have all items listed as having a processing time of 8-12 business days to give me enough flexibility in accounting for pain flare-ups to package and ship orders.

All orders are final sale and thus cannot be returned. If there is an issue with your order please contact me directly.

If items are lost during shipping it is the liability of the postal carrier and not my responsibility. I will do everything within my power to get your order to you safely and in a timely manner. All orders will be shipped through USPS and will be fully insured so that in the event a package is lost in transit, a refund can be provided to you. 

I am able to provide free shipping when an item is shipped through standard USPS shipping within the United States. If you would like faster shipping, there is an option to pay for expedited USPS Priority Mail shipping.

I used reused/recycled shipping materials whenever possible.
